Product details

  • The Vendon vBox is a small telemetry device for data acquisition and transmission via radio network.
  • The vBox supports the MDB standard for vending machines and peripherals and can capture and send both product sales and the product ID. The EXE communication standard for vending machines and coin changers is also supported.
  • Data exchange: Integrated SIM modules with autonomous power supply ensure uninterrupted GPRS data communication via the GSM network. In the event of a network failure, the device can restore offline data once a new network connection is established.
  • The built-in high-performance lithium battery provides the device with power for hours in the event of a power failure at the machine.
  • The online software provides comprehensive online monitoring for the management and control of vending machines:
  • Sales data, live data capture for quick and appropriate decision making and to reduce downtime and restocking, revenue monitoring
  • Compare live sales with averages, analyze and monitor sales trends and peak times for better planning
  • Status monitoring of the machines, for easy planning of maintenance, routes, inventory refills and ingredient quantities
  • Messages and alarms signal possible errors via SMS or email and provide additional information about the type of error
  • To-do lists with daily route planning are also created via the software, separately for individual employees
  • Individual user roles with different access rights can be defined
  • Key parameters for business optimization are identified, such as how real-time data containing information on products, sales figures, and cash balances can prevent refill and cashier fraud, reduce downtime, increase refill efficiency, improve product positioning and assortment, and enable eas
